Fortunately, you don't have to be a meteorologist to figure out how safe it is to venture outdoors. Perhaps the most useful tool for allergy sufferers is the local pollen and mold report. It tells you the average amount of airborne allergens in the air at a particular location over a 24-hour period. When allergen levels are low, you will probably only experience allergy symptoms if your allergies are very severe. If they are very high, even people with minor allergies are likely to feel it.
