Best Advice on Living with Depression

For people living with depression, one bad day is often followed by the next. Everything in their lives can be going perfectly and yet few things seem to bring joy or happiness. When you're going through depression, it's not a simple matter of snapping out of it or keeping busy. As with a bad mood, one must brace herself and ride out the emotions, doing what she can to bring small bits of comfort.

Members of the Depression Support board know this well, and work as women do‑-together‑-to try to ease their emotional distress. Need some advice on how to pull through? You've come to the right place.
