Debora Orrick has worked in the chemical dependency field for over 25 years. She is an experienced public speaker, group discussion leader, program coordinator, and chemical dependency counselor. Debora holds a master's degree in mental health counseling (St. Mary's University, San Antonio, Texas) and a bachelor's degree in secondary education and English (Miami University, Oxford, Ohio). She is also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and a Certified Tobacco Addictions Counselor with Advanced Clinical Practitioner designation. She previously worked as the coordinator for the University of Texas at Austin's Campus Alcohol and Drug Education Program, and the executive director of the San Antonio Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
