Best Advice: Breakfast on AtkinsPreparing breakfast while avoiding carbs isn't easy for anyone on a
low-carb diet. Here, iVillagers share some of their favorite
breakfasts on the Atkins plan.
I have to thank the inventor of the
mock French toast with the pork rinds. I can't believe how good
it tastes. I had purchased two packages and thought I'd be throwing
them out, figuring this recipe would still "smell" like pork rinds
and turn me off. Boy was I wrong ‑- my breakfast today was
delish! EAS Carb AdvantEdge Chocolate Fudge Shake is probably the best
ready-to-drink shake out there! Their strawberry cream flavor is
pretty good, too. Lots of water, one piece of sausage, egg, cheese casserole, two
cups of coffee with two teaspoons of cream and one piece of Food
for Life low-carb bread. Omelets ‑- be creative! For example, take some whipped
cream cheese, mix in some cinnamon and Splenda for the filling, and
you've got something that tastes a lot like blintzes!
Vegetable omelet with onion, green pepper, mushrooms, tomato
and zucchini. Keto Banana Nut hot cereal is much yummier than the
Old-Fashioned Oatmeal flavor. It's really good! page 1 of 2 | Next Page
