However, with 2 tablespoons of oil a day, this would mean taking a lot of pills -- 18 to be exact -- staggered throughout the day at 6 per meal. And although the capsules may be more convenient, flax oil is more economical. Also, the quality of the oil in the capsules could be compromised due to the encapsulation process.
