I know what foods are best to help me lose weight, but I don't have the motivation to keep up a healthy lifestyle. Even when I'm not hungry, I have this habit of putting something in my mouth. What can I do to get motivated again? --tuttie49
Do you have any payoffs for remaining overweight? Perhaps the perceived benefits of remaining overweight are obstructing your attempts to lose weight and keep it off. You seem to have a problematic emotional relationship with food, so dealing with the psychological triggers of your eating habits should be your first priority.
