I exercise frequently and intensely

Question :

I exercise frequently and intensely. Are there any modifications to the Fat Flush plan that I should make?

Answer :

Then you should probably consider the maintenance program, which allows friendly carbs to give you more fuel for energy. During Phase 1 of Fat Flush, the body is undergoing a cleansing process as well as weight and fat loss. For this reason, I recommend onlyl low-to-moderate aerobic exercise, rather than an intense workout for the two-week period. The daily recommendation of 20 to 30 minutes is primarily designed at this time to keep the released toxins moving out of the lymphatic system and out of your body.

If you must engage in more strenuous exercise at this time, then I highly suggest you include more fuel for your body. If not, you will find yourself really tired and running on empty -- a situation we don't want on Fat Flush. So you can add one to two slices of a non-allergenic bread such as the Ezekiel 4:9 with breakfast and another slow-acting or low glycemic source of carbs during the evening such as 1/2 cup peas or winter squash.
