I have a headache and am very tired. Is this normal?

Question :

It's my third day on Fat Flush, and I have a headache and am very tired. Is this normal?

Answer :

It is normal to feel a little tired or achy during the first few days. I highly suggest that you read my new book, The Fat Flush Plan, for more background material on cleansing so you can understand how toxins can be released on a program such as this and what to expect. Headaches and tiredness are usual symptoms of cleansing or withdrawal from coffee, sugar, grains and dairy foods -- especially if you have been a big consumer of these items! After the first four days, most of these symptoms disappear if you take it easy, rest and follow the exercise advice.
