If we exclude dairy, how will we get enough calcium?

Question :

If we exclude dairy, how will we get enough calcium?

Answer :

I am asked that question a lot! You will get your calcium from lots of green leafy veggies such as kale, turnip greens, bok choy and broccoli. For instance, a cup of collards has 226 mg of calcium and a cup of turnip greens has 195 mg. You can enjoy them steamed, prepared with a teaspoon or two of apple cider vinegar. Have a cup with your lunch and dinner. Delicious. And when you read my new book, The Fat Flush Plan, you'll find loads of exciting ways to prepare these bone-building veggies.
