Is there anything I can use to season my food?

Question :

Is there anything I can use to season my food?

Answer :

The only herbs and spices that I currently allow are those that are thermogenic and jump-start the system into a metabolic high. Other selected seasonings act as a diuretic or help with carb metabolism. A complete list is provided in my new book, The Fat Flush Plan. For starters, you may include a touch of cayenne pepper, mustard, bay leaf, cumin, cinnamon, cilantro and apple cider vinegar.
