Get started with level one for weight loss by eliminating some of the foods that wreak havoc on your system -- sugar, white flour and potatoes. Here are the four Somersized Food Groups:

Veggies: Includes a host of low-starch, fresh vegetables, from artichokes to peppers to zucchini and more.
