The T-Tapp Workout
As an exercise physiologist and rehabilitative trainer with 18 years of experience in the fashion and modeling industries, Teresa Tapp set out to create a unique workout that would help trim women down and improve the appearance of cellulite. "I worked as a personal trainer, new face developer, booker and scout for several agencies including Ford, Metropolitan and Page Parkes. After being part of an industry that demands bodily perfection, I know how to get the female body in shape no matter what age or fitness level while reducing or eliminating cellulite," she says. The workout looks so simple -- but provides a challenging workout. She explains, "We don't use weights or do body-jarring aerobics, so anyone can work out for less than an hour and do it in the privacy of their home or hotel room. It is difficult to describe but it incorporates dance theory, tai chi and theories of Western strength training." The T-Tapp workout delivers inch loss -- not weight loss -- for the first six to eight weeks. "I could care less what the scale says," Teresa admits. "Models are measured, not weighed, because no matter what the scale says, if the hips are too big for an outfit, they don't get the job. I have always guaranteed an inch off the waist or hips in one week. Most women lose at least one dress size, if not two, in 30 days."
