1. I find if I have wine while I am cooking, I don't want to eat
a lot when the meal is ready. And, it certainly makes the cooking

eating. The water fills me up and later, I spend more timing
eliminating the excess fluids than snacking.

16. I snack on uncooked pasta noodles to keep myself away from
junk food, like chips. It works really well, especially if you have
something to drink with the noodles. The liquids expand the noodles
in your stomach making you feel full fast. And, there are no grease
stains on your finger from a bag of sour cream and onion chips.
This tip is not for someone with bad teeth or sore gums however.

17. Half an hour before eating I drink one tablespoon of cider
vinegar. It is suppose to eat away at any fat when you eat your
meal. I tried it for a month and it works. --Dee
