Why does my skin break out during Phase One?

Question :

Why does my skin break out during Phase One?

Answer :

Sometimes the skin can break out on for a few days during Phase 1. This is not unusual and can be a cleansing response as the skin is one of the body?s elimination organs. Generally, the skin will clear up all by itself without any topical treatment. If the breakouts are due to an overly acidic system, you may wish to reduce the unsweetened cranberry juice in the daily cran-water from four ounces to two ounces for each 28 ounces of pure water, and add another two ounces of water.
