Biography:

Dr. Weiss is currently assistant professor and attending pediatric cardiologist at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Penn State, as well as attending pediatric cardiologist at Bryn Mawr Hospital and Paoli Memorial Hospital, in Pennsylvania. Dr. Weiss earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in 1971 and completed residency at New York Medical College in 1973. He completed fellowships in pediatric cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas, in 1974, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Pennsylvania, in 1975.

Dr. Weiss' areas of clinical interest include echocardiography, clinical cardiology and outpatient management. He has held numerous academic and staff appointments, including those with the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland; Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC; and Albert Einstein Medical Center. He has authored articles appearing in Circulation, the Journal of the American Medical Association, American Journal of Medical Genetics, and has conducted seminars and workshops for various professional associations, including the Radiological Society of North America; the Uniformed Services Pediatric Seminar and the Uniformed Services Association of Family Practice Seminar.
