Great Snacks Under 100 Calories

Kiddie-size frozen yogurt
Just because you're on a diet doesn't mean you have to give up ice cream. When the craving hits, try a three-ounce serving of frozen yogurt. One that's 96 percent fat free will cost you only about 78 calories; fat free has even fewer.

One cup of strawberries, with topping
Strawberries make for a great snack on their own, but toss a spoonful of Cool Whip on top, and you'll be in sweet-tooth heaven. And at 58 calories, the combo comes with virtually no guilt.

Half an apple with caramel dip
Don't wait for Halloween to sink your teeth into a candied apple. This snack carries just 80 calories and makes for a good family treat, as well as a great snack for you.

One cup of minestrone soup
Soup isn't usually considered to be part of the snack-food category, but, at 83 calories per cup, there is no reason it can't be. Make the whole can and limit yourself to single-cup servings.

Bowl of oatmeal
Sticking to low-calorie snacks doesn't mean you always have to limit your portions. A serving of oatmeal is only 100 calories or less. Just make sure you use water, not milk, and add cinnamon instead of sugar.
