Help, I'm having trouble eating right!

Question :

Help, I'm having trouble eating right!

Answer :

With all of the diet and nutrition information out there, it can be difficult to know which foods are best. I tried to put together an eating plan that is simple and easy to follow. I call it the 5-Day Jump Start -- give it a try and see if it helps you.

Journaling your eating is also a good way to watch your diet. Don't just write down the foods you eat, but also write down the thoughts and attitudes that you pick up on as you have cravings. It's a great exercise in self-awareness and enlightenment. Statistically, those who journal while on a weight loss plan have the best results, short- and long-term.

Another resource is my book Getting Better All the Time, which talks about eating and some of the strategies I have learned through the years.
