How to Catch Ovarian Cancer Early

However, new evidence shows that ovarian cancer seems to cause noticeable symptoms much earlier than previously believed. And if ovarian cancer can be diagnosed earlier, that may lead to more successful treatment and more lives saved. These symptoms include:

Doctors are urging women to pay better attention to their bodies and to speak to their gynecologist if any of these symptoms persist. These new guidelines will be formally announced by the American Cancer Society on June 25. In the meantime, the best way to help fight ovarian cancer is to educate yourself:
