Pasta is high in carbs and calories. It's also addictive. That's a horrendous combination if you ask me. Credit should be given to anyone who can actually eat just one true serving of capellini (which, by the way, still packs in around 210 calories). This skinny spaghetti also contains 43 grams of carbs! Ack! As good as it is, pasta is one of those things that just adds hundreds and hundreds of unwanted calories to your meals.
