Biography:

Judith Oren is a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator, licensed to practice in the state of Florida. Judith achieved her masters of science from the University of Florida in 1994 and her bachelor of science from Cornell in 1992, where she made the Dean's List. Judith has worked as a clinical dietitian developing nutrition care plans in hospital settings and for outpatients. In addition, she has written or edited numerous articles in her field and helped design a number of screening tools and diet protocols, including the Admission Nitrition Risk Screening Tool for pediatrics, and a Ketogenic Diet.
