ObGyn-related signs and symptoms may involve the presence of a problem (dysfunctional uterine bleeding) or absence of a normal body function (amenorrhea). Symptoms that sometimes indicate disease include breast pain, nipple discharge, pregnancy-related fecal or urinary incontinence, and vaginal discharge or dryness. Sexual dysfunction and hot flashes may be hormone-related.
