Pork RoastGreat for Sunday dinner or a family gatheringBy: Debby Maugans
Makes 6 servings Ingredients: 1 (2 1/4 to 2 1/2 pound) pork loin roast Directions: Place the onion, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, horseradish and vinegar in a 1 1/2- to 2-quart slow cooker; stir in water. Place the pork roast in the liquid, turning to coat. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours, turning pork occasionally. Transfer roast to a platter. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
