Special-Occasion Sweet TreatsSometimes a piece of fruit just doesn't satisfy like a piece of chocolate. Follow our menu guidelines as closely as you can, and use our secrets and suggestions to reduce your reliance on sugar. But for those times when you really want to enjoy something sweet, remember these rules:
Each of these sweet treats has fewer than 200 calories. Use them in place of a morning or afternoon snack, or add them to a meal as a dessert in lieu of one of the daily snacks. Limit these sweet treats to once or twice each day and after a few weeks you may find you don't need them at all.
