Why Is Sex Painful?

Question :

My vagina always hurts after having sex. I've tried all the possible positions but none work for me. I guess my vagina is too small. Are there any surgical procedures that could help me?

Answer :

The first thing you should do is make an appointment to see a gynecologist for an internal physical exam. Perhaps you are not lubricating enough, or perhaps there is some other problem that a physician can spot. If the gynecologist says that everything is all right, then maybe you could try using a lubricant. Another approach that you could try is to make love without intercourse for a while, by satisfying each other in other ways. Then maybe you can integrate intercourse into your lovemaking slowly, using additional lubricant. See if that works and let me know.
