1. Even though I am 34, I look and feel like I'm in my 20s. My secrets are exercising four to five times per week, taking vitamins, eating healthy food (but only enough to fuel my body), getting eight hours of sleep a night, maintaining a positive state of mind, sex and drinking at least eight glasses of water a day. Always smile, and bring out the best in yourself and it will shine through. I always try to find one day a week to be with my friends, one day for myself, and the rest I spend with my wonderful family. Remember that we can only look as good as we feel, so we must take care of our insides first. If you stick with these tips you will feel and look wonderful. --Sabrina, 34.

2. Take a good look at the habits you have and how they affect your health. In your 20s, it is easy to come home late, eat a slice of pizza and just fall into bed, but in your 30s you may wish you had stopped to take off your makeup, brush your teeth and eat better. 3. Before you leave your family home to be on your own, sit down with your parents (and grandparents, if you're so fortunate) and go over your family medical history. Talk to your mom about what her pregnancies were like. Ask her about menopause.
