Putting vinegar in your bathwater can help cut down on yeast infections or give you that clean, fresh feeling with your morning bath or shower. Vinegar will help keep athlete's foot in check, and Mom said it's even good for your skin! Some elderly people even believe that swallowing a couple of spoons of vinegar every day purifies the body and helps you live longer.
